n A cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) is one of several trenchlessnrehabilitation methods used to repair existing pipelines. CIPP is a jointless,nseamless, pipe-within-a-pipe with the capability to rehabilitate pipes inndiameter from 0.2-1.5 meter. CIPP is considered a kind of high technology. Duento the little influence on road traffic, environment and inhabitants, and lowncarbon idea, CIPP is one of the most widely used rehabilitation methods; it hasnapplication in water, sewer, gas, and chemical pipelines. Without destroyingnthe original pipe and the surface, CIPP prolongs pipeline service life fornthirty or fifty years.n

n The CIPP progress: a non-woven lining tube coated with polyesternsuitable for resin impregnation, is inverted into a damaged pipe. The liner cannbe inverted using water or air pressure. Hot water or steam is used to cure thenresin and form a tight-fitting, joingless and corrosion-resistant replacementnpipe.n

n Material component: two layers of fiberglass, the inner layer isnnon-woven polyester; the outer layer is polymers of styrene coating.n

n 其原理就是在原有管道内部做一个新的管道，具有独立结构强度，可单独支撑外部压力和内部水压。n

n 属于高新技术。原理是：一条无纺布内衬管，外层涂有聚合物涂层（PE），首先与聚酯树脂或环氧树脂浸渍，然后再通过水重力翻转到下水道或污水管里。一旦内衬全部安装到主管道里将水加热，使树脂发生化学反应，开始固化。内衬固化后，就会在原来的管道里形成一个新的结构性管道n
